Design News’ 2019 Golden Mousetrap Awards has announced that the MediaTek Helio P60 has been awarded Gold (first place) in the Electronics & Test: Embedded Computing/Processing category. It prevailed over the silver winner, Analog Device Inc. RadioVerse ADRV9008/9, and the bronze winner, Maxim Integrated MAX32558. The judging panel included professionals from a wide range of disciplines, including IoT, Automotive, 3D Printing, and Materials, among others. The 2019 winners were announced on Feb 5th 2019 at the Anaheim Convention Center, in California.
The Golden Mousetrap Awards acknowledge people, companies, and technologies driving US innovation in product design and manufacturing.
The Helio P60 brings features like cutting-edge AI and deep-learning facial detection to mid-market smartphones, giving consumers access to the latest features without the premium price tag, and it has enjoyed success in many, global 'New Premium' smartphones of 2018.
