Part of the Series 2 Gecko portfolio, the EFM32PG23™ family of MCUs is ideal for battery-operated and embedded applications in industrial and consumer markets.

Incorporating an 80 MHz Cortex-M33 with robust analog and communication peripherals, the PG23 provides up to 512kB of flash, 64 kB of RAM, and comprehensive security through SecureVault™ integration. Providing software compatibility with Silicon Labs’ extensive portfolio of SoCs, the PG23 is a compact, power-efficient, and secure embedded solution.
